Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Nexus platform (the "Service"), operated by Causeway Group, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Nexus is a cash management platform that helps companies manage multiple payment facilitator (payfac) and banking partner relationships, and track merchant daily sales and settlement.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

The Service is provided to business customers. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, or using it to violate applicable law.

5. Customer Data

Data you submit to or generate through the Service remains yours. We process it as necessary to provide the Service, per our Privacy Policy.

6. Commercial Terms

Fees, service levels, and other commercial terms for platform access are set out in a separate agreement between Nexus and your organization.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software and content, is owned by Causeway Group and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you rights beyond what's needed to use the Service.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is." We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Causeway Group is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for violation of these Terms.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
