Privacy Policy

Effective August 14, 2026

1. Overview

Nexus ("Nexus," "we," "us") is a cash management platform operated by Causeway Group that helps companies route, settle, and reconcile merchant transactions across payment facilitator (payfac) and banking partners. This policy explains what information we collect from users of our platform and website, and how we use it — including how we handle email communications.

2. Information We Collect

Account and contact information you or your organization provide (name, work email, company, phone); usage data from our platform and website (pages visited, actions taken, device and browser information); and transaction and settlement data your organization submits to or generates through the Nexus platform.

3. How We Use Information

We use this information to operate and improve the Nexus platform, respond to inquiries, provide account and transactional notices (settlement confirmations, exception alerts), and, where you've agreed to receive them, product updates.

4. Email Communications & Consent

We send two kinds of email. Transactional and account email — settlement notices, security alerts, account and support communications — is necessary to the service and isn't subject to unsubscribe while your account is active. Non-essential email — product updates and announcements — you may opt out of at any time; see our Email Preferences page.

Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link. Opt-out requests are honored promptly, and we monitor bounces and spam complaints to keep our mailing lists accurate and to stop sending to addresses that ask not to be contacted.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information with the payfac and banking partners your organization has configured within the platform, as necessary to perform settlement and reconciliation, and with service providers who process data on our behalf under contract.

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards to protect information, including encryption in transit and access controls.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the platform and meet legal, accounting, or reporting obligations.

8. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to our recordkeeping obligations, by contacting us below.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest revision.
